Divorce in nebraska (or most states) questions?

My ex got divorced and literally the same thing happened to him. BUT, he took 1 credit card, she took the other. She pays the mortgage AND utilities. I wouldnt pay her a dime for that if I were you. You should however remind her how much money she does get a month from you. I despise greedy women!!! Anyway, my ex also got socked with 1/2 her attorney fees. anything in the divorce YOU dont agree with (ie. atty fees) then when you have the initial consultation or whatever, dont sign the papers. You should get your own attorney and have them draw up papers of your own. If she makes more money then you do, how the hell did she qualify for alimony????????? that makes no sense and I would surely get an attorney of your own if its not too late.
