How is it that I get acne only in a certain area of my face?!?

I always get pimples popping up on the right side of my face in the top part of my cheek area. And also on the side of my face next to my eye. NEVER do I get acne on the left side of my face. I use purpose face wash, witch haze, and neutrogena moisturizer. What is the problem?
