Scary rashes my body but non specific?

Hi! I recently broke out in rashes that develops pimples together with the rash and I've been to the GUM clinic and none of them know what it is. They taken my blood samples for HIV, syphillis etc and will have the results in 4 days. I was tested negative 3 months after exposure and another one after 8 more months but that time for hiv only. I do not understand why I would suddenly break out wit these rashes if I am indeed negatve from std's? I tried anti-histamine and anti-inch cream to no avail. My rashes don't ulcerate, no tumour, and they itch. thats how I notice them they would itch before thet turn into rahes with bumps. I will see my Gp if i get an "appointment" that is but what could this be? I did put a new bed under my collapsing bed and I did changed soap to something that I've used before. Any enlightenment?
