You might want to take your kitty to the vet to have his glands expressed. I know my female has had to have hers done. And when I visited my family last, one of my mom's cats had the stanky . I took a look and recognized that she had a problem with her glands--it looked like the same condition for my oo a few years ago. So I told my mom to call the vet, and sure enough, she needed her glands expressed.
