How to remove bolt holding in caliper?

I am trying to change the pads on my 94 honda accord. There are 2 bolts holding in the caliper. I got the top one out with no problem. I unscrewed the bottom one, but it wont slide out. I tried using PB Blaster to loosen it and still nothing. Is there something I can do or is there a special tool to get this bolt out?
