Why are people always judging Black men and women ?

They think of us as illiterate , dumbe founded , and people who have no common sense , why do most people think thia about blacks yet they don't give it a second thought about it when it comes to whites , mexicans ect. I am not racist i love people of every race i'm just saying I've noticed this a lot.
