McMahon vs.Jarrett. who is the better promoter?

I'm sorry but vince is definitely the better promoter, think about it...when vince took over there were still territories in the wrestling business with a bunch of promoters battling for business. Vince was able to beat out every other promoter that was in the U.S. and turn the WWF into the national powerhouse that it was and still is today. Vince is everything that wrestling is today and jeff jarrett couldnt hold a candle to vince. Vince solidified his place as the best promoter ever when he took WCW down in probably the best promoter vs. promoter battle in wrestling history.
