Help with Rugby for a kid?

Hey im 13 and i live in iowa city which is not a rugby town (despite haveing two clubs.) I REALY LOVE RUGBY like all i think about is rugby. I also want to Play on a team BADLY. So that being said, uming a youth club is made in the area in the next few years what are the chances of me being able to play in collage? My Step Dad says he will start a youth club but i don't count on it and I really want to play bad. I know theres intrest because i played at recess last year in Elementary school. So what could i do till then? Oh yeah, I've played two invintationals in Chicogo (but they needed a wing so i volunteered)
