For Agnostics and Athiests, what parts of the Bible don't make sense to you?

I cannot see where the Bible says that Judas hanged himself from an Elderberry tree, but while we are on the subject, one thing that does not make sense is that Matthew says Judas hanged himself, whereas Acts says he fell headlong and his intestines spilled out. How did he manage to die in two different ways?
