Whats wrong with me?

i hav lower left side ovarian cramps. IVE NEVER HAD BEFORE. im 15. ive been under a lot of stress lately is this why?? i went to my GYN doctor a couple weeks agp and he examined me and didnt say i hav a cyst or anything. these cramps go on and off...please help!! im not throwing up, im going to the bathroom regularly...etc.
