I'm doing the Clean&Clear Advantage Acne Kit countdown, but is it okay if i put makeup up after the routine?

im scared that the foundation would clog my pores after i did the routine. is it better if i don't wear any after i did the routine. but i really need to put foundation because i don't want people to see my acne
